Gently used, it has been completely cleaned and sanitized.  Both heating element and motor work great.  Included is a video of the actual unit you will receive, working as of 4-17-21.  It is complete with all parts and accessories except for the instruction manual (can be downloaded online for free though) and the original box, but will be carefully packaged in an alternative box.  There may be the typical cosmetic flaws or defects you could expect from a used item such as minor scuffs, scrapes or scratches that do not in any way affect use.  From a clean, non-smoking and pet-free home.
