The broiler features a large 150 sq. in. (10" x 15") cooking surface. The rack is reversible to two heights to help assure the best results.
Farberware smokeless indoor grill/rotisserie allows air to circulate completely around food. This seals in the natural juices while unwanted fat drains off, assuring healthy preparation of flavorful and nutritious meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. Unlike other indoor grills, its heating element is positioned well below the grilling rack and the body and drip tray have been designed to disperse heat evenly. This practically eliminates all smoke and spatter. The stainless steel body and grill are fully immersible for easy cleaning.
