This item is NEW in an Open Box, the main accessories are still in a sealed shrink wrap bag. It could have barely visible marks from previous shipping, to light to see in photos and the top lid is a little scuffed on the side (see 3rd photo). The unit was also tested to confirm that it is working and cooling/heating properly. The box is distressed due to store inspection and previous shipping and could be missing some packaging, so we will add protective packaging and double box it for safe shipping.
